You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the product has been opened and used. We stand behind the match.
Email care@lumerebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a return label and instructions within 1 business day.
Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. Bundles must be returned together to qualify for the full bundle refund.
